Carl Pinkston is an Operational Director for the Black Parallel School Board and Coordinator of the Restorative Justice Coalition and Community Priority Coalition. Mr. Pinkston provides training and technical assistance in organizational development and community organizing. Member of the Sacramento Area Black Caucus and former Board member of the Institute for Social and Economic Studies.
